2. Information you may provide
Your name, email, Canadian postal code, chosen service, task or room description, preferred date, and anything else you include in your email. Please do not send card data, government identifiers, medical information or unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Mailto form
The form does not post information to a website server. It creates a draft in your device's configured email application. You review and choose whether to send it. Your email provider then processes the message under its own terms.
4. Purposes
Information is used to answer enquiries, assess whether a request is within scope, prepare an estimate, arrange an agreed visit, maintain necessary messages, prevent abuse and comply with applicable obligations.
5. Hosting logs and photographs
The hosting provider may automatically process IP address, browser, device, requested page, time, referrer and security logs. Service photographs are stored with this static site. A photograph's source page is contacted only if you choose to open its attribution link.
6. Technical providers
Possible technical providers include the website host, domain and DNS provider, email providers and any source website you choose to open. Those providers handle data under their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are generally kept only as long as reasonably needed to reply and manage follow-up, normally up to 12 months. Records connected with an agreed service may be retained longer where needed for tax, accounting, dispute or legal purposes. Hosting security logs are retained according to the host's settings.
8. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used, but no email or internet transmission is completely secure. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
9. Access, correction and deletion
You may ask to access, correct or delete enquiry data by emailing [email protected]. A request may be limited where retention is required by law or needed to establish or defend a claim.
10. Minors
The services and enquiry form are intended for adults. Information is not knowingly requested from children under 18.
